Hello, my Sony Blu-ray won't connect to netflix etc, it either says 'the service is not available at present' or 'Connection status cannot be confirmed. A network error has occurred'. It was working fine yesterday.
It's a wireless connection to BT. The internet is working fine. I have restored to factory settings several times, reconnected, switched off and on etc.
Any ideas? I've had it for less than a fortnight.
Any help would be really gratefully received.

Same issue here in UK
MIne isn't either, keeps saying can't access that service and gives a code 300. I thought my broadband was down so I checked it and it was fine, everything else connects. I also managed to connect my player and get a software update, and when I run diagnostics it says the connection is fine, but try and go on YouTube or Netflix and it just shuts me down. Didn't find the support service helpful either - there's clearly an ongoing issue but I had to come here to find out.
