BBCi ITV all4

We’ve just bought a KD-50X80K specifically to be the same as our Sony Bravia OLED TV but we can’t get the apps we use the most BBCi ITV hub and ALL4  that we access through Sony select on our other Tv….help. The only reason we purchased it was to get these apps and yrs more useless than the Panasonic we’ve replaced - at least that had BBCi

Hi thank you. 
I managed to get the software updated and it all appeared. As a brand new 2022 TV I’m surprised it wasn’t more current.
