WHen access Sony entertainment network cannot access videos. When press apps a continued message of "a refresh of Internet content is needed". Has only recently happened. Cannot access any channels on Sony entertainment network. Please can you help?

Firstly, ensure that your firmware is upto date for your model of tv.
Secondly perform a factory reset. Before you do, make a note of any custom tv settings that you may have changed (like picture settings) as these will be reset.
