Hi,
Just got a new Sony Bravia 43XF7093 TV and all seems fine except when clicking on Amazon Prime in apps, I get netwrok error 2123. TRied loads of things and still get. I'm UK based.
Netflix, Iplayer etc all work fine.
On first start up I got 2123 error on all apps.
This seems to be a common issue?
Any help before I return it to John Lewis and buy an LG!!

It’s a Sony network error. Not your TV or WiFi. I spent an hour getting through to Sony customer services who were useless and eventually told me issue was their fault.

Is there a fix? I've updated to the latest firmware, no change. I particularly want to use Amazon.

I was told ‘we are working on the problem. We’ll call you on Thursday to see if your issue is resolved!’
I exploded and reminded them it was their server with the issue.
No communication from them. Very poor.
