Why does it take so long to get GPS fix?

Hi guys, My xperia P is taking 5-6 minutes to get the fix. I followed a thread, root my phone and use fastGPS app to configure my phone but that did not work. After the phone got the first fix when I tried next time the phone got it in seconds, it is just the first one.

Of course I tried this outdoors, any help????
