swaping to new gmail account

I recently bought one X10mini handset. At the shop, the instructor used a gmail account of his friend for demo.

The problem is that, whenever i try to use the Android Market, the gmail account of that gentleman appears.

I want to switch over to my gmail account. How do i do it, without using the option of going to reset factory settings???

Go to Settings> Sony Ericsson> Email> Change the email address.

1     From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.

2     Tap Settings > Applications > Manage applications.

3     Scroll down and tap Gmail™ .

4     Tap Clear data.

5     Press . back arrow

6     Scroll down and tap Google Apps.

7     Tap Clear data.

I have done as you said.

But still when i click on "gmail" icon, the inbox of the previous gmail account is appearing.

This should resolve your problem. In case the problem persist clear all other data where ever you see google. It might help
