sony ericsson k770i camera problem

I have sony ericsson k770i camera problem.... whenever i open my camera, my mobile restarts everytime..    First, black screen comes and then my mobile reboots.. :-@
I dont know... what should i do... plz help me...

I use that software in past... my mobile was perfect.... but when i use this software, my mobile started doing this camera problem...

During process, my mobile turned off and didnt turned on... then i flashed my mobile.... but still i have this problem...

So can you now access the menu in order to perform a master reset? If not, then try reflashing the phone.

Main menu--Settings--General--Master reset: This will reset the phone back to its original factory settings, so make sure you back up your phone on PC/PC Companion/memory card beforehand.
