Screen Protector?

Hello Forum,

Can someone confirm whether the Ray has a screen protector already applied? i've read contractory statements about this. When i got the phone there was a film on the screen with a label to pull off. I can see what looks like a tiny film on the screen but i dont want to start peeling it to see if it is the screen protector.

There was nothing else in the box and ones available on amazon all seem to have a box cut in the top right corner so it doesnt cover the sensor, but it doesnt look very good actually on the phone.

Yes i comes with pre-installed screen protector..

Observe it near the edges.. quite thin and transparent

See the pic.. it contains a pre installed one

I have just bought a SIM free Xperia Ray. It had a flimsy screen protector already on the screen which needed peeling off, and there was a much more sturdy one in the box with instructions, a cloth and a tool to get any air bubbles out. The photo is of the one that needs removing I believe.

Nopes, its of the preinstalled one..

i cannot be remove easily.. ( very very hard to remove)

So IF it get's scratched up,
What to do? Do you try to remove it yourself and buy a new one?

Or you don't touch it and don't end up with a messed up, half-removed protector?

(because it would be that difficult?)

You can visit service center for safely removal ....

its of high quality, nearly scratch proof ( nearly, not completely)

What you could do is install another one on it, to prevent it from scraches, and change the 2nd one whenever needed

I have 2 ( preinstalled + another one came inside the box with my phone )

Does anybody knows if it's possible to buy screen protector for Ray just like the one that eas inside of the phone box? I bought some screen protectors from ebay - but they all seem to have some size issues either too big or too small or whatever. I'm looking for the genuine one. Thanx in advance!
