Notification tone can't change

3 weeks ago I bought xperia acro s, but I can not change the sms notification settings and how to improve it?

Open messages > press menu key > settings.

Here you can set which ringtone you would like to use for SMS.

I use android system becouse sound picker can't use

My phone will not change the notification tone I can choose a tone on the phone to change it to however when i listen to it it's the same one that was on before it will not changeHELP
