How do I activate PC Companion on the X10 mini

Having followed the instructions nothing obvious seems to happen either on the phone or the PC. I'm running XP SP3. I'm trying to load music and pics.

When you say you want to activate PC Companion, do you mean that you are not getting a pop-up to install it when you connect the phone to the PC and select Mount on the phone?

You can install PC Companion from the website as well - here is the link to download it: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/pccompanion/xperiax10mini?cc=gb&l...Select "Connect your phone" when you connect the phone the first time to the PC via USB and wait a minute or two for the phone to be recognized.

Also, PC Companion will not work if you don't have a memory card in the phone.

If this isn't what you mean, post some more detail about what you have been doing and we can keep working on it!
