Help with Google Talk!!!

For the past two days, I can not log into my google talk! It was working perfectly fine but now it just appears as: "signing in" but it never does. I do have WiFi access because I can access my gmail and I have internet. What can I do? I am going crazy!!! It's very frustrating! Please HELP!

P.S. I have a sony ericsson Vivaz, and I have tried turning the phone on and off and clearing all of the cache....

I suggest that you check if you can reinstall the Google Talk app to see if that might make any difference, but I must say that I haven't encountered any other user with this problem yet.

I had tried reinstalling it (more than once) and then I even formatted my cellphone to see if that worked but nothing happened. However, two days ago it stated working out of no where, so its fine now. Thanks!
