Hazel install software from pc

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to install software (games, .JAR) in my Hazel that I have downloaded to my Windows pc?

Transfer these .jar files to your phone via USB to your phone's memory card in the "Other" folder, simply by using the copy/paste function.Once transferred, find the files in your phone and click install (centre button).
