xperia m2 charge issue

i buy this phone yesterday. it was the last one that they have for exhibition and i took that. when i try to charge it for the first time it start to play a "video" i think the demo of the phone. all my apps on the screen gone. not deleded just gone from the screen and goes like i open it for the first time. i pull out the charger and i push the lock button and again the same things. and now every time i push the lock button that happens. what can i do?  there is a chance that the prob was that is was exhibition phone? oh and by the  way sorry for my english

use the phone app keep in mind that after you type those numbers it might take few seconds
