Hello. The SIM 1 of my Xperia M dual remains undetected most of the time. Earler i thought that there is some issue with my operator,so i went on to change my operator. But even now, a red cross sign is shown and the problem continues. I have to use net on this sim,so plz help me.

I have told you almost the same in my first post,but it is awesome that the phone is fine now.
Try to use one of the SIMs on GSM only and the other on GSM/WCDMA or WCDMA.
sorry, what? There are 2 SIMs and 2 slots, so obviously one goes to the only GSM and one into the other one. Do u want me to try out each others' slots? By the way, today i experienced a strange thing. First time, i used USB tethering and the first SIM didn't go undetected even in 5+ hours of regular internet usage on my laptop.. I wonder why this?
No,I was talking about changing the network mode of the first SIM to WCDMA and the second SIM to GSM only in settings-mobile network.
Oh ok, got it. Just checked the phone and found that my 1st SIM is WCDMA/GSM and other one is GSM only..So i think its already the same thing what you had advised for.
Anyways, for the moment i have a very interesting observation. I have started using internet on the SIM 1 only since y'day and i am amazed to see that it didn't go undetected even for once, no red cross mark at all. While earlier, it used to be with that mark every few minutes and my phone wouldn't receive any msg or call during that period as it was completely dead (switched of msg).
So how would you react to this? I mean, this is something unbelievable that internet connectivity is keeping it perfect,else it always gets undetected.

I do not know what to say,it could be network related also.Did you also check with your network?
I don't think its a network problem because earlier i was using a different operator and i changed that,just because of this issue. I thought its a network prob. . Now Its whole 2 days and as long as i am using internet on this one, it never gets undetected. I would be thankful if you or somebody from Sony, find out the mystery.

There is no Sony service center in my city and i don't have time to visit that in another city. Very busy life.
Then I suggest you PM one of the sony support members(they have a blue avatar with xperia),see if they can help you.
