Internal memory bug

Hi all.
Long story short. I have some sort of bug on my xperia m.
I started downloading app and the download did not complete due to lack of internal memory and i canceled it. Few moments later i noticed that all the free internal memory is gone. Is not given to apps nor to media... its just not there.

I did factory data reset and the problem still persists. What to do?

Repair phone software with SUS or PCC.
