How to insert sim

Plz tell me how to put in and put out sim in Xperia m2
Is that like sd card or sim jacket come out

Hello community

I bought my phone in Chile use it with Virgin Mobile company. The following week trip to Argentina with another sim and the system was upgraded with Sony Companion but upon returning to Chile sim no longer recognizes the Xperia M2 therefore I do not have the apn  enabled

i am a 50+  and i did not see that there is a dummy sim inside if you buy phone - i was trying several times to insert the micro sim before i checked it out that there is already a little black already inside

would be a great help to figure that out in the quick start manual

Some times it's a small protection. Sim inside from everyone that don't know you have to remove it to get the Sim in

My Sony m2 comes up saying no sim no service even with the sim card in it
