Download a file commander app > open the app > internal storage > select the folder that you want to transfer > cut or move to > SD card

don't forget to grant permissions to the file commander app.

I can see that you have already received great help from @uliwooly, but there is an easier way to do it that doesn't require any kind of file management application.

Go to Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card > choose the data you want to transfer and then tap on "Transfer".
