Playlists and shortcuts lost after restart

1.i am not able to save the playlist in the walkman app. After reboot the playlist just vanishes.

2.Also with the 4.2.2 update, if have have any shortcut of an app installed in the internal memory on the homescreen , it vanishes after reboot.

Any way to get them corrected ?

Whenever I turn off my phone and turn it on again, the layout of the apps changes. This happens every time and I have no idea why.

My Z3 phone Sony Music app is dropping all my playlists, very similar to what was being reported above.

Any more issues noted by your development team around this issue?
