New L4. DTMF tones not responding. I hear the tones but during automated in-call menus, the tones have no effect. Vodafone say to return the phone for servicing but the problem existed when the phone was new - how is servicing gonna help. Any solutions?
Do you mean that you can't hear the numbers tone when you press on them during any call ?
