Camera Video Recording and Playback Problem!

Hi!
I am from Sri Lanka.
I have being using my Xperia L for more than a year. But since few months back (can't remember exactly when), my camera records video while stucking for few seconds for many times and the playback also has the same. No any 3rd party apps are used to record or playback. When I copy the video to my PC, it also plays it with the same problem. Seems to be the stucks are permenantly recorded to the files. Here is a video affected with the above problem:

Clear camera app data

1. Settings
2. Apps
3. All
4. Camera
5. Clear data
6. Restart the phone

Also, boot on safe mode and check again.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available
