USB Connection issue on BDV-E370

I have tried connecting a NTFS and a FAT32 HDD USB drive and neither are seen by this unit. Tried the same NTFS drive on my Samsung and that is fine. I have connected a pen drive and that sees the drive so I think it is safe to assume that the USB socket is ok. This unit is only a month old and this is the first time I have tried the USB socket. Does anyone have any idea what I can do please?

I have been asking around and wonder if it is to do with file formats like AHCHD?

Hi AVCHD is support via DVD/Bluray or USB camcorder, and currently only FAT is supported by USB.
