Thank you Sony Support Team in helping me sort out my ( Frozen Picture ) problem on my 4K Discs.
I did as you said in pulling out the plug for 1 minute and then replacing, I then checked the Software which was up to date. I then played the offending disc near the scene where it froze, and it sailed pass the problem where it froze.
