We can only try if you tell us what is confusing you 😀 Also telling us what you are connecting it to will also help. The best way to connect it is to use a high speed HDMI lead as long your TV (?) has an ARC HDMI port.

I have a Virgin Box and Fire TV that have used up my only two HDMI's on my TV so do I have to buy a splitter to add another HDMI port so I can connect the Soundbar?

Hi i have just recently purchased the same soundbar lovely sound, but seems to have an issue with disconnecting when changing channels, mines hooked up to the said Hdmi ARC port also...

Is this normal or am i setting up incorrectly?

Hey dazzatheyid, pick TV speakers from the settings and try again, if the same happens it's not the bar's issue. If not, we need to talk
