Sony BDP-S185 - Netflix Streaming issues

Recently purchased this from Tesco. No issues with Blu Ray playback but can't stream Netflix movies wirelessly. Can logon on to the site, choose a movies and begin playback without any issues and then all of a sudden it will stop streaming and then try to reconnect, which basiclayy spoils the viewing.

At first I thought it was my intrenet but I can stream fine without any issues from any handheld devices connected with my network. 

I've tried a factory reset and the latest firmware is installed. Even tried on a different network and still get the same issue.

Any clues?

Hi there

First thing to rule out in this case is the "wireless" issue.  Try connecting the Bluray player to your router via a network cable and test it.

I didn;t think Netflix was even available on this model. What other video services can you see?

Nope. Tried that as well and get the same result.

Does the same with Lovefilm, Iplayer, Demand5 etc.

Have you tried it on a different internet connection - maybe a friends or someting similar. Past experience suggests its a localised ISP/Router/IP address issue.
