HT-ST5000 Soundbar no audio when turned on

Whenever my sound bar turns on I get no sound... if i switch inputs or go to the setup for the sound bar, and then go back to my original input, suddenly it works.... help?

Do you own a Sony TV?

If yes, it looks liky Bravia Sync setting is off, and I'd advice to turn it on.

If not, what  your set-up?
