HT-A9 sound drop outs

I find it rather surprising there isn’t a large established discussion in the Sony community on “sound drop outs” for the HT-A9? Am I looking in the wrong place?

What's happening with you exactly? What are you connecting the soundbar to and how?

Did you try to test it with another device?
