DAV-DZ330 USB Problem

My home cinema system won't recognise any USB memory stick i plug in the front, it says 'Device not supported' on the tv screen, it doesn't matter what type of file i put on the memory stick it still says the same.

Anyone help?

Please ensure that the USB Drive is in FAT32 format.
