Connecting to Sky Q

Cannot get my BDV-N7200W home cinema to work with Sky Q. I'm assuming because it has a 4k pass through that it should be a simple case of connecting an hdmi lead out of the Sky Q, into the receiver with another hdmi cable coming out of the receiver and into the TV. Am I missing something? When I connect the sky q directly to to it works fine? Help.

Hi there

Even though the BDV-N7200W supports 4K Pass-though, it does not support HDCP 2.2 which is needed for Sky Q Silver.  So you will need to connect the Sky Q Silver box directly to the TV.  You should be able to pass-though the audio from the TV to the BDV-N7200W anyhow
