Black Panther problems with disc

Hi all, Black Panther has arrived today and I automatically inserted the no 3D disc to check it out. Unfortunately it froze. I have tried several times and each time I have to switch the power of at the wall and back on again just to get disc out. Is anyone having the same issue and know of a fix? This is aregion B disc which works fine in my PS4.

which player do you use?

seems like there is a big issue with latest Disney movies (coco, thor, starwars and black panther) with many players ..try switching with the 2D version to see if it works well then switch back to 3D disc... but if it can't play...you'll need to wait for fw update
