I've seen an answer in Sony support that says TVs have now had this problrem sorted but not seen same for this Home cinema product. Everything else set up perfectly but this is one reason for the purchase and is disappointing. This is not the same issue as the icon as that is there after doing all the connections properly its just when that is accessed the above response is received and it keeps trying to reboot iplayer. On Virgin (NTL) XL. 5OD and all other services working perfectly. Purchased through Amazon UK. Thanks Bob
