BDP S760

After playing a region 2 DVD this player has now stopped playing blu-rays. Any idea on why this would happen? I have fixed it by resetting the whole player but it does it again straight after.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

I would recommend downloading and installing the latest system software (firmware). This will ensure that the player is up-to-date on playback compatibility. 

If you have already done this and are still unable to play any Blu-ray Disc movies, I would recommend getting in touch with Support for further help here.
