lbt a190 fm radio aerial problem

my fm radio just produces a hiss.  Ive checked the continuity of the loop aerial and its fine.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Has the radio worked previously in your location?

Aside from a  fault (as you probably know) hiss usually occurs

because the signal strength is insufficient.
