I cannot register my new Soundbar

When I finished I saw that I could register it; this is a brilliant facility but having input the model number, there was a "no entry" sign that stopped me inputting any details. Unfortunately I couldn't capture the no-entry sign

The sign was like this but the white bar sloped down from top-left:

How can I register the sound bar please?

PS I've just realised that this is on the same board as my thread above. Would a moderator please move it to the appropriate board. Many thanks.
