I have had this Soundbar HT-ST5000 for 2 weeks and all working fine until yesterday when the subwoofer will not connect to the Soundbar I have tried all the frequency’s 5.2ghz 5.8ghz 1,2,3 channels and nothing I have the latest software installed I’ve also done a factory reset and still it won’t connect.

Any ideas please??

Thanks peter really frustrating after only 2 weeks of purchase and has failed already

gutted is an understatement.

If it's only two weeks, you may want to let the retailer know about this. You can possibly get it replaced.
