Car radio - MEX-N6002BD - can I upgrade easily?

I'm not sure whether a car radio is classed as portable or hifi!

I have a MEX-N6002BD in my motorhome and don't get on with the interface at all. Can I upgrade it easily myself? Could I simply buy a new face to clip in? Or would it need installing by a professional?
