AC adaptor for XDR-DS12iP

Hello. The power supply to my XDR-DS12iP has stopped working. I’ve looked everywhere online & cant find a replacement. It has an unusual connection that plugs into the back of the unit, as per the photo. Does anyone know where I might source a replacement?
