upload for images problem

I have just joined Sony Community and tried to upload images only to find that when doing so I receive a message confirming that I have exceeded my 24 hour quota?  The only image I have posted is my Avatar.  Does anyone have a help link for the site admin please? Thanks Geraldine

Hi Geraldine,

We've been advised that there is a limitation of 5 images per day. The system counts all upload attempts no matter where the image has been uploaded. If the upload is cancelled it also counts as 1 upload.

Please wait 24 hours before trying to upload again over the weekend and let us know if the problem persists.
