Just wanted to give a shout out to the Sony Sales Team who helped with a delivery problem today. I'd ordered an Active Speaker dock for my Sony .mp3 player and whilst tracking the delivery, the computer-generated tracking service reported my unit had been successfully delivered. It hadn't, by the time I read that notice! Sony, along with the delivery people sorted things out in record time and I did get my speaker:)
A massive thank you to everyone who helped a panicked customer:)
