What is the point of registering your products on the Sony Website, when Sony will not let you retrieve the date of registration?
I have had my Sony Surround System repaired at a cost of just over £40.00. Now I need to take an old fashion approach and write a letter to Sony complaining about their poor service. Can anyone help out there? I know I should of not lost my receipt, but I thought my safeguard would of been registering the Product on the main Sony Website?
