Hi, is there some way of contacting Sony or PlayStation?
I’ve returned a PlayStation 5 and the Royal Mail says it was delivered on Tuesday 14th November. Only worry is I’ve had no notification from Sony that it received the game.
Is this delay typical or is there some way of contacting somewhere within the company to confirm they have it.
