How does it all work now??

I have just recently revisited club vaio and I am confused that the format has changed, could someone update me how it all works now I am not sure if I like new format?? Carl

Hi Carl,

Yes things have changed, there are now more Sony product categories. The forum home page is here - http://www.sony.co.uk/discussions/community/en/support

If  you just want to browse through latest questions then click on one of  the Category headings, see image below, from the forum home page.

Once  you've clicked on one of the category headings you will be presented  with another page with further sub categories and blow those will be a  list of the latest threads for that main category you've selected.

Below the categories section on the forum home page is a list of recent threads for the whole forum.

I'll try to give you a brief guide on how to use the forum.

On  the main page above the categories you should see a search box, you can  use the search box (Your question) to search for a similar post or  question.

If you can't find a solution to your query then at the bottom should be a section Didn't find an answer? with a link to Ask the community.

Clicking this link will open another page where you can type your question.

You'll  need to select which section & possibly sub-section of the forum  you want to post your question in from the drop down list under the  heading. Then complete both Tiltle & body. Once happy click on the  blue Post Message button.
