How do I register my Playstation 5 with the serial number?

For the life of me, I just can't figure out where to register my Playstation 5 with the serial number. Anyone who can help me out?

In PS Account not in My Sony:

Go to [Settings] > [Users & Accounts] > [More] > [Console Sharing & Offline Play], then select [Enable] to activate or [Disable] to deactivate.
