Cashback - CZ site

The cashback section on czech mutation of Sony Website is not working last cca 7 days. I contacted some Sony workers but no one respond.

That seems odd.

I will try and find out some more information for you,

but are you sure that the promotion hasn't finished in CZ?

(The qualifying purchase dates have finished for cashback in the UK,

however people can still claim their cashback up until 3rd October.)

Unfortunately we can't find anything out regarding the CZ site from here.

I've been advised to tell you to contact Support again.

I would telephone them rather than email them.

I have looked into this for you - there was an issue but it has now been resolved, so you should be able to access it now.  Please let me know if you're still having problems?
