Reader prs650 bloccato, cosa fare?

Buongiorno! ho un problema con il Prs650: mentre leggevo si è bloccato e il touch non risponde ai comandi.

Le pagine non girano e non apre i libri (o meglio, alcuni li apre, ma non scorre; altri non li apre: insomma funziona ad intermittenza!): e cosa più importante non riesco e spegnere nè a resettare il reader per farlo ripartire! e' successo a qualcuno?? cosa si puo' fare?? mi scoccerebbe non poco dover buttare un prodotto pagato 250 euro dopo solo 2 anni di utilizzo...

Se hai tentato un RESET tramite il foro presente nella parte inferiore del Reader, senza aver ottenuto risultati, potreti provare un Hard Reset:

• Power off the Reader. (non riuscendo a spegnerlo, dovrai attendere che la batteria si esaurisca)
  Note: If the Reader is active, slide and hold the power button until the Device Shutdown screen appears and then tap "Yes" to power it off.
• Press the RESET button on the bottom edge of the Reader Digital Book, using a thin object such as a paper clip.
• Turn on the Reader.
• While the screen displays "Opening book"... , simultaneously press and hold down the Previous Page Turn button and theSize button until the Reset All screen is displayed.

grazie per la risposta! il reader lo avevo appena caricato quindi pur lasciandolo acceso ci mettere parecchio a scaricarsi da solo... in ogni caso faro' cosi': appena si spegne lo resetto e lo accendo e poi premero' quei pulsanti contestualmente...

non credo di avere molte speranze pero'!
