I was given a Sony ereader. But do not have a computer. How do you get book? Do you use google as someone said it has android technology in it.

If you have a T3 I am almost certain you can authorise and download ebooks using wifi. 

This guide should assist you and I also believe that there is a firmware update, that again can be downloaded via wifi, which allows you to purchase books from Kobo.
