Xperia E5 ICE - Edit Medical Info menu greyed out

When I go into the ICE menu, the option to edit medical info is greyed out.  I vaguely remember having to amend some settings on my previous phone but can't find the instructions.  Can anyone help?

Hi @katie76,

Do I understand you correctly in that you are referring to the "Edit medical info" available by pressing menu (3 dots in the top right) while being in the ICE - In Case of Emergency menu? This will be grayed if you have not ticked the "Show personal information" in the same menu just above Edit medical info. If you tick that option, does it now allow you to tap on Edit medical info?

My ICE won't work properly every time I click the ICE button on my home screen it says unfortunately ICE is not responding with contacts so will not bring my emergency contact details up, I have had nothing but problems with this phone and it's under warranty still until next year but I have medical problems and disabilities that require me to have a phone with me so can't do without it going back to be repaired or looking at and I'm on a very low income so can't afford to buy a new phone I can tell you now that I'm saving up for a new phone and it will not be a Sony device this phone was my first Sony I guarantee it is the last!!! Horrible feeling not knowing if your phone is going to work to call emergency services when you need them or the doctors ..... 😢 😭 😢
