Hi again @alienatarea51!
Start the Xperia Companion program without having the device connected to your computer and have it turned off > press on "Software repair" > check the little box in the bottom right corner where it says "My device can't be powered on or is a Smartwatch 3" > Next > proceed with the on screen instructions.
Good luck!
Hi @alienatarea51, welcome to our forum!
On Xperia devices, you can not reset the device using a key combination so in your case, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to get rid of the screen lock on the device.
The software repair will reinstall the software in the device and in the same process, remove the screen lock. Keep in mind that the device has an inbuilt theft protection, so if there is a Google account on the device when you do the software repair, this account will need to be used to verify the ownership after the repair has been completed.
I hope that helps!
Hi
that is the problem : to use the Xperia Companion software , i have to set the device to MTP mode.
But with a locked phone , this is not possible.

It worked !
Thanks a million...
@alienatarea51, you're welcome and I should have made it more clear in my first reply (or to update the software repair guide so it mentions that the instructions in 2B should be used when the screen lock can't be remembered as well).
Take care and have a nice weekend!
