System UI has stopped working

Hi, I have a really annoying problem. I took a photo the other day & now each time I try to do anything with my phone, within 10 seconds a message pops up saying System UI has stopped working. I have deleted Google & turned off auto update, I have tried an app called Restart System UI, I have cleared all cache & I have tried recovery mode, but my phone won't bring up the menu, so it's still saying the same. I cannot use the Sony Companion as it says the phone needs to be unlocked, although it is, & within seconds I get the System UI has stopped working message so everything stops again. It also does this in safe mode. I'm really worried as I have precious photos of my dog that I sadly lost, that I have taken over the past few months & I do not want to lose them. 

 Any ideas as I cannot seem to do anything. My phone still has warranty but i'm so worried about losing these photos.
