My Sony xperia E3 dual software crash 10 times in one week Why ????? 

I install the software it works only 24 -48 hrs and crash automatically 

please give suggestion as early as possible what is problem in my phone

When you say you have installed the software, are you doing this using Xperia Companion? 

Also, does this start happening after you have reloaded data and apps on to the handset or before this is done?
