PC COMPANION problem

I'm trying to update my xperia e with pc companion
After download software it's shows "Switch off after 5 seconds connect to computer PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN KEY"
i did same but my phone not connected
So i can't update my phone software
Please anybody help me

What windows are you using? Repeat the process several times (connect with volume down).

I did it several times but. Same error

Could you try on another computer?
